Phexroxxiochoder provides group discussions and training sessions focused on emotional intelligence development. As our services are delivered in real-time group settings, they cannot be returned in the traditional sense. This policy covers cancellations, refunds, and your rights under New Zealand law.

General Legal Requirements

This policy operates alongside your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand). Where our services do not meet the guarantees of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, or match their description, you may have rights to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund). Nothing in this policy limits those statutory rights where they apply.

Return Period

Because we provide services rather than goods, there is no physical “return period.” Refund eligibility depends on when you cancel relative to the session date:

Refund requests for future sessions should be made before the session takes place
For a series, withdrawal and refund requests should be made as soon as you decide not to continue

Conditions for Refund

Refunds are considered when:

You cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled session (full refund or credit, subject to this policy)
You cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice (partial refund or credit at our discretion)
You withdraw from a series (prorated refund for unattended sessions, minus any stated administrative fees)
We cancel a session (full refund or option to attend a rescheduled session)
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act apply (e.g. service not of acceptable quality)

Cost of Return Delivery

Not applicable. We provide services only; there are no physical goods to return and no return shipping costs.

Return Process

To request a refund or cancel your participation:

Contact us by email or phone with your name and the session or series concerned
State whether you are cancelling a single session or withdrawing from a series
We will confirm eligibility and any partial refund or credit in line with this policy
Once approved, we will process the refund as set out in the Refund Procedure section below

Non-Refundable Items

Sessions that have already taken place are generally not refundable. If you attend part of a session and then leave, that session is not eligible for a refund. Exceptions may apply where the Consumer Guarantees Act entitles you to a remedy or where we agree in writing (e.g. exceptional circumstances).

Order Cancellation Policy

If you have registered and paid for upcoming sessions but need to cancel:

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for a full refund or credit toward future sessions
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may receive a partial refund or credit at our discretion
Cancellations made after a session has begun are not eligible for refunds

For a series, you may withdraw and request a prorated refund for unattended sessions; written notice is preferred. Exceptional circumstances (e.g. health, family emergency) will be considered on a case-by-case basis—please contact us directly.

If we need to cancel a scheduled session, you will receive:

Advance notification whenever possible
The option to attend a rescheduled session or receive a full refund for that session

Refund Procedure

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and returned to the original payment method where possible. If you paid by another method, we will agree with you how the refund will be made. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed.
